Ai New York City's Associate Registrar, Laura Febrez organized a wonderful pot-luck feast in the Gallery today, which celebrated just how diverse a campus we really are.A recent winner of the Top Idea Program's first prize, Laura's idea was to have a pot-luck lunch where employees who wished to participate would bring in a dish to share as a way of getting to know staff from other departments by sharing a meal with them. Participants did not need to cook anything themselves, but had to bring in something to participate in the luncheon.
Participants feasted on dishes and desserts such as roast pork and cassava, home-cooked lasagne, spring rolls, buffalo wings, sausage bread, Armenian cookies and more!
