Ai New York City Graphic Design Graduate, Stacey Raia (March, 2011) competed against more than 100 students at the Art Institutes' Student Design Competition for 2011. Sponsored by Adobe, the competition challenged Ai students to submit an original design created with Adobe products.
Graphic Design instructor Simona Prives had her students work on the theme "Cause and Effect: Design as a Change Agent". She submitted several designs to the competition and we are pleased to announce that Stacey was selected as a second prize winner! She will receive Adobe's Creative Suite 5 Design Premium software and a Flip Video Ultra HD 8GB.
Congratulations to Stacey, Simona, Myles Tanaka-Graphic Design Department Chair, as well as all of our outstanding Graphic Design and Libral Arts educators who made this happen. We are all very proud!
