The first group of students moved into the newly renovated building in time for the July 12th class start.
There are 75 units, accommodating up to 182 students. The environment is safe and secure, in a 24 hour locked building, with a 24 hour security desk, concierge service, professional live-in staff and nightly security patrol.

And how much do the students have to pay for the housing? I've heard that when added to the current tuition, a student could have gone to Hunter or NYU.
ReplyDeleteThis dormitory is a waste of money and security. There is no tanning beds and there has been a variety of violence and drug use. Most of the kids are on food stamps and have no money for food or metro cards. The housing advisors are never around to help and lie about all of the amenities. For the 4000 we pay each schooling quarter you can get a large 2 bedroom apartment in a similar area. All in all, This dormitory should be shut down and the housing managers should be replaced.
